This court cupboard stands out with its two-piece construction, featuring a top section with two doors and a sliding middle section. This is topped with a crisp moulded cornice and adorned with lovely turned droppers, adding to its visual appeal. The base is characteristically high-waisted and includes a two-door cupboard, providing practical storage. Raised and fielded panels on all sets of doors, complete with working locks and brass escutcheons. Wrought iron shaped hinges, which are not only functional but also add to the cupboard’s historical charm. The flat oak panelled sides with moulded detail to the frame and pinned construction speak to the meticulous craftsmanship of the era.
