A Gorgeous Silver Brooch by Charles Horner

1900 - 1920
Description

A gorgeous, fully hallmarked brooch by the great Charles Horner. This wonderful example is in the Art Nouveau style, with sweeping sinuous lines. To the centre of the brooch is a beautiful heart shaped, facet cut Amethyst stone in a claw mount. The body of the brooch is finished with attractive panels of enamel in a delightful contrasting emerald green. To the reverse of the brooch is a hinged pin and C clasp. A very pretty example, making for a good gift idea and a great addition to any collection. Dimensions below.
