Rare Victorian Silver Fiddle, Thread & Shell Serving Fork

A handsome and rare silver serving fork, in fiddle, thread and shell pattern. This wonderful, sought after example is of good gauge silver as one would expect from the 'Rolls Royce' of the flatware patterns. The fork is double struck (pattern front and back) and has pierced and engraved detailing to the body, above the tines. Table pieces are always in demand, particularly in this pattern and a serving fork is a wonderful find. A desirable and practical piece. Dimensions below.
