Description

Gents Zenith wrist watch, 1962.

The watch has a 17-jewel calibre 40.1 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Zenith name and it has serial number 5,396,933 which dates it back to 1962.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated while the screw on case back is stainless steel. The case is in lovely condition. The inside of the case back is signed with the Zenith name.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has very light marking but overall is in good condition with original dauphine shaped hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
