Description

Late 19th.c. faux bamboo pine and marble top chest of drawers c.1890. Washstand top with raised sides in white marble over three drawers. In pine with extensive applied beechwood decoration turned and carved to resemble bamboo to the front and continued around the top edge and around the base at the sides. Retaining the original turned drawer knobs. Some minor surface wear, otherwise every good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
