Regency Maple Wellington Chest Circa 1825

Description

Unusual fine quality Regency wellington chest all veneered in bird#s eye maple with rosewood muntings, edgings, feet and handles. The eight oak lined drawers each with fitted oak lift out tray. Right side pillar swings out to release drawers. The line in sides is joint in veneers not a split. All in superb un-touched original condition with hardly a blemish. Lively golden colour with great waxed patina. FRESH ON MARKET STRAIGHT FROM SCOTTISH MANSION HOUSE,
