17th Century Mulberry Cushion Wall Mirror

This fine and richly patinated cushion mirror dates to the late 17th century. The frame is constructed in the classic cushion form, with a bold, stepped profile and a deep, sloped inner edge that accentuates the reflective depth of the mirror plate.
 
Crafted from beautifully figured mulberry wood veneer, the frame displays striking burled grain patterns that create a vibrant texture throughout.
 
The condition of the frame is excellent for its age, with a rich surface patina and minor expected wear.
