This attractive VICTORIAN STAFFORDSHIRE POTTERY SALESMAN’S SAMPLE, in the form of a WASH JUG, dates from circa 1890.

The Jug shape is in profile and was made to enable the Travelling Salesman to easily transport and display his range of wares to potential customers.

It measures 12 inches (30 cm) in height.

An ideal wall decoration in any room setting.

The condition is good, There is no restoration.

Width: 10.5 inches (27 cm)

Depth: 1.25 inches (3 cm)
