A rare and fine Flight Barr & Barr Worcester miniature porcelain vase, c. 1815-20

A delightfully detailed piece of flared cylindrical shape on a square gilded base. The flared rim is enhanced with a small, gilded gadroon edge and the front of vase is beautifully hand painted with a reserve with fancy birds in landscapes in the manner of Charles Stinton on the apple green ground.

Marked in red script - Flight Barr & Barr Royal Porcelain Works Worcester.

Dimensions: height – 5.3 cm, base – 3x3 cm, top diameter – 5.4 cm.

Condition: excellent condition, no damage or repairs, slight gilt rub here and there, otherwise fine.
