Description

A refined Victorian chest of drawers crafted in richly toned satinwood, featuring two short over four graduated long drawers, each retaining its original pressed copper art nouveau handles. The richly figured top is particularly striking, framed by a moulded edge.

A characterful and highly functional piece, with its bright, honeyed timber bringing a sense of light to a room, making it ideal for use in a bedroom, dressing room or guest space — or even as a striking hall or landing feature with real utility.

Presented in very good antique condition with a pleasing aged patina and some light surface wear. There is a slight age-related split to one side as shown, purely cosmetic. Most drawer locks not present. Structurally sound, beautifully clean and ready to place in the home.
