Collinge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
Cupid's bow shaped edges to the uprights and repeated on the sledge feet. Minor repairs and retouching to the top where oak slivers have been used to fill shrinkage gaps. Very good colour and condition, restored cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
Note the top can be removed (held in place with removable metal pins at each end) and the base disassembled for delivery into rooms with awkward access.
