Scottish Regency Mahogany Writing Table Circa 1815

19th century
Description

Superb Scottish Regency figured mahogany shaped front writing table fitted with three poplar lined drawers. The central drawer fitted with beige lined writing slide. Raised on fine spiral turned tapering legs. Original ebony knobs. All in fine un-touched original condition with just a short shrinkage crack to top at left side. Great rich colour with wonderful waxed patina. It glows. FRESH ON MARKET STRAIGHT FROM SCOTTISH MANSION HOUSE.
