A stunning, fine and impressive vintage 1960s 1.15 carat ruby and 0.80 carat diamond, 18 carat white gold heart bar brooch; part of our diverse collection of vintage ruby brooches.

This stunning, fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 18ct white gold.

This impressive brooch displays an impressive feature 1.15ct heart shape ruby, millegrain decorated collet set to the centre of the plain bar.

The ruby is encompassed with a scalloped border accented with sixteen pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, completing the design; this brooch aesthetic replicates the form of a Victorian example.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.

This bar is hallmarked to the reverse with the gold guarantee mark (crown), the 18 carat gold fineness mark (18), London Assay Office hallmark (leopard's head) and date letter for 1968 (n).
