Andros Antiques has dated this Inlaid Mahogany Bedside Cabinet to the Edwardian era.
A good sized storage area is revealed upon opening the panelled door, along with useful additional storage in the free running drawer.

The Mahogany is of a good rich hue rich contrasting so sharply with the inlaid decoration. With the polished brass handles working so well with the timber too. The decent quality timber adds a good weight to the piece, aiding stability. The addition of a backstand also stops anything rolling off the back of the top too.

This little cabinet could be used by the bed, or with a lamp on it at the side of the sofa or indeed could be used in so many other areas of the home.
