Description

Gents Longines wrist watch, 1950.

The watch has a calibre 12L 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 8,130,524 which dates it back to 1950.

The watch measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the lugs and the later plain winding crown. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition, just some fairly light scratching to the screw-on case back, not too detrimental. The inside of the case back is signed with the Longines name.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has been professionally re-finished at some point and it is in good condition. Original hands and centre seconds hand.

The watch comes on a later Hirsch strap with a signed Longines buckle.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
