Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1950s.
Everything about this watch is totally original including the glass and the winding crown . The dial is in superb condition, it has not been retouched or restored in any way and is the best example of a 1950s original two tone dial we have ever seen. All of the original lume is still intact.
The only work we have done is to service the movement and ultrasonically clean the case. It has been not polished so it is in exceptional original condition.
The calibre 420 movement is running to within original Omega specification.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case. It comes with a brand new high quality leather strap and we can fit any colour or style you prefer including military webbing style straps.
It also comes with its original 1950s Omega leather strap still in nice useable condition.
This is a superb original example of this rare Seamaster and one of the best of this period we have come across.
The watch case measures 34mm in diameter not including the crown.
It comes with a 12 month warranty.
