A delightful carved circular side table crafted by Japanese fishermen, imported and retailed by Liberty and Co around 1905 in the ‘ Eastern Bazaar ‘ section of their shop in Regent Street in

London

In excellent original condition with a deep rich waxed finish with a circular top and undertier with carved. Lotus leaf decoration and splayed carved legs

It measures 28 inches high, 18 inches wide and 18 inches deep

A really elegant piece of furniture that would grace a period or contemporary setting and could serve as a lamp table, for a piece of sculpture or for a large display of flowers
