It is quite stunning, the case and bracelet have been polished and ultrasonically cleaned, the movement has been serviced and a new glass fitted so it is absolutely pristine inside and out.
The 17 jewel movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and the bracelet. The case has Chester hallmarks for 1958.
Rolex are one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
The watch case measures 16mm in diameter not including the winding crown.
It is extra long in length and fits a maximum wrist size of upto 18.5 cm or 7 1/4 inches but this can easily be reduced by any competent jeweller.
