Set of Six Antique Regency Period Mahogany Dining Chairs

Description

A magnificent set of six Regency period dining chairs with the beautifully shaped carved inlaid backs over upholstered blue striped floral seats and raised on distinctive sabre front legs.

Very good condition, structurally all solid and in good order with only some light age related wear.

The seats can be easily removed for reupholstering if required. Evidence of old long gone woodworm to a few brackets underneath the seats (made from softer woods).

English, circa 1820.
