Features a cylinder movement and is designed to convert into a wristwatch via an additional outer case. The white dial is adorned with an enamelled chapter ring and black Roman numerals.

The outer wristwatch casing, marked “18k” and bearing case reference number 2353, is adorned with a diamond-set bezel comprising 22 old cut diamonds, each approximately 0.10ct, adding to a total estimated carat weight of ~2.20ct.
