Antique Desk Stand

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely antique desktop inkstand dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. It is made of walnut with an ebonised carrying handle and ebonised pen trays. It has two glass inkwells on the top and a drawer below with small wooden knob. It stands on four small bun feet.

It is in good condition for its age although there are some signs of age and use, a few minor knocks and marks but nothing detrimental or untoward. The inkwells have been fixed in place at some point. They have a few small chips and nibbles and some old stains but no major damages.

The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
