It is a very tactile piece and it has developed a beautiful rich patina with a lovely colour.
It is in good solid order with no major damages. There are some minor signs of historic worm in the base which has been treated as a precaution. A very decorative piece and also a very usable piece - the perfect size for a large fruit bowl in a country kitchen .
