PROVENANCE.. WILLIAM RANDOLPH HEARST Collection sold in New York in 1941. It has the most exquisite caved panels to five sides all inspired by Rose windows of Cathedrals. Together with 16th Century pierced panels. It is easily managed with two people as the top comes off.
