The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The outside of the cups has a simple gilt frieze and the moulded broken loop handles are also picked out in gilt. The cups have a rare printed mark and the saucer with the ribbon and anchor mark. All pieces also marked with the pattern number 916 in gilt. c.1830-1835.

The teacup measures 9.8cm (4 1/4") rim to rim and 5.5cm (2 3/16") high to the rim. The coffee cup measures 9.2cm (3 5/8") wide and 6.4cm (2 1/2") high and the saucer measures 15.6cm (6 1/8") wide.
In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration. There is a small firing fault to the each cup handle. Very minor handling wear, just very slight rubbing to the decoration over the fluted ridges on the saucer.
