It is quite stunning, all we have done is ultrasonically clean the case and bracelet and service the movement so it is absolutely pristine inside and out.
The 17 jewel Rolex 282 movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and the bracelet. The case has 18ct solid gold hallmarks for 1960.
The watch comes with its original box.
Rolex are one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
The watch case measures 15.5mm in diameter not including the winding crown.
It is full length and fits a maximum wrist size of upto 17cm 6 3/4 inches but this can easily be reduced by any competent jeweller.
