An important piece of Arts and Crafts design, this very stylish soup tureen is a true statement piece with it's wonderful handles which double as feet, with the design followed through to the stylized finial to the top of the lid. The interior of the bowl is beautifully gilded.

The tureen comes complete with it's original ladle with it's very distinct design.

The base of the tureen is marked with the makers initials M H & Co. for the renowned silversmith, Martin Hall & Company.

Excellent condition. Measurements: Height including lid 8 1/2"; Lid Diameter: 9"; Ladle length: 11".
