Twelve old mine cut diamonds of graduating size encircle the sapphire, with ornate detailing in the under-gallery leading to a slender 18k white gold shank.

Accompanied by a report from Gemmoligical Certification Services (GCS) stating the sapphire shows no indication of heating, and is Burmese (Myanmar) in origin.
