Description

Fine early 18th century walnut chest on chest tall boy circa 1730 .

The chest has a wonderful colour and grain and has fine engraved period brass engrave handles and excursions , All the oak lined drawers are solid in joint with fine hand dovetailed joints and slide as they should ,they retain all their original steel locks (no key )

The drawer fronts have a good colour with feather cross banding . The sides are oak and in great shape typical construction of the period .

No signs of woodworm past or present

The chest comes in two sections for transport .
