Edwardian 9ct Gold Engraved Cross Pendant

Description

A lovely Edwardian slightly rosy gold cross pendant with a pretty scrolling foliate design engraved to the front.

SIZE: 3 x 1.8cm not including the bail.

WEIGHT: 1.3g.

MATERIALS: Nine-carat (375) gold.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: Hallmarked for Birmingham nine-carat gold, with the sponsor's mark WHH, believed to be William Hair Haseler - a jeweller who founded the Birmingham-based WH Haseler company in 1848/9 and went on to produce the Cymric and Tudric ranges for the iconic London department store Liberty's.

CONDITION: In very good antique condition.

ERA: Edwardian (c.1901-1914).
