A slim 18k gold case of a square form with a flat bezel. The case is of excellent design, with lugs extending from the central body rather than the edges. The case back shows a contrasting brushed finish, as opposed to the highly polished main case. A Patek Philippe winding crown. Case reference 3430.
This mechanism is often regarded as one of the best manual wind mechanisms ever produced. This watch is dated to circa 1960.
