A fine and superior early 18th Century George II Walnut Lowboy of good colour, in super original condition retaining the original gilt brass handles and clean Oak drawer linings.
Beautifully proportioned having canted fluted cross grain corners and elegant scroll carved cabriole legs finishing with a slipper foot. Wonderful matched highly figured walnut veneers throughout with feather banding to the front and double featherbanding to the top. The top having well shaped cross grain ogee moulding with nicely rounded corners, the drawers with fine cock-bead to the edge.
