A beautiful double sided silver scent bottle of flattened circular form with screw-off lid, elaborately chased and engraved with doves amongst flower heads, foliage and scrolls. Attached to the bottle there is a suspension chain and ring, and a safety chain for the lid. The screw off cap has its original cork liner. The scent bottle was made by Sampson Mordan in 1874, London.
