Description

A very rare Victorian heart shaped silver and granite brooch. Made in Scotland around 1880. The granite is specific to the area around the town of Peterhead on the North East coast of Scotland. The brooch is bound in engraved silver and there is a "C" clasp holding the pin on the back. A beautiful Scottish brooch made from the hardest stone known. This would enhance any jacket or coat.
