The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a 17 jewel grade 825 stem-winding movement which is working nicely. This is a nice quality movement with Breguet hairspring and Ohlson 1906 patent regulator. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 17,642,854 which dates it back to 1909. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 55mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in good condition, just a slight indentation to the back, but all very acceptable.
The glass lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
