Rare pair of late 19th.c. Renaissance revival carved oak pier cabinet c.1880. Unusual carved and pierced galleries to the tops, over an oak lined drawer and left hand opening glazed door to both cabinets. Fitted inside with a single shelf (internal depth 15''). Carved moulded edges, carved detail to the drawer fronts and splendid pilasters flanking the doors featuring flowers and fruit carved in high relief. Oak panelled sides, deep base mouldings carved to match the top. Raised on low turned bun feet at the front. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
