In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The teapot, milk and sugar are all hallmarked for Birmingham, 1909 and the tray is Birmingham, 1912. The total weight of silver is 37g.

The whole set is in good condition and displays well although there are some signs of age and use. The tray has picked up some small dents and surface marks and there are some small dings on the sugar and milk. The teapot body has a split on the seam and the hinged lid has also been repaired (see photo). Nonetheless it is still a lovely set and it has been gently cleaned and polished.
