Description

Gents 1926 silver wrist watch.

The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 26.5mm wide excluding the winding crown and 26.5mm high excluding the lugs. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Glasgow 1926. The case is in good condition for such an early piece, a slight gap to one of the corners where the front and back join but not visible when being worn. Slight unevenness to the back of the watch.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The dial is in its original finish with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. There is some darkening to the dial.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
