Antique silver Buren trench watch, WW1.

The watch has a 13-jewel hand-winding movement, signed Buren, which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the later winding crown and articulated lugs. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs, London (import mark), 1914 with a sponsor’s mark for William Sparrow. The case is in good condition, just a slight unevenness to the hinged case back.

The lens is in good condition.

The dial is in lovely condition with original hands.

The watch has a vintage strap which can be replaced with a new strap if preferred.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
