A Large Georgian Antique Pine Waxed Mule Chest

Description

This box is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it and waxed it in a lovely antique brown bri wax.

This box would look well in an old or modern property in any room for any type of storage purpose amongst similar antique pine furniture.

This box stands on georgian bracket feet supporting the main section. There are two large drawers to the bottom with brass drop handles. The drawers are pine lined. There are three panels to the front that are fielded and the sides are also panelled. There is a brass key escutcheon to the top. The top itself is in good condition with a bull nosed edge and it opens up with original iron hinges. There is a small candle box to the left and three small jewellery drawers.

The height is 79cm, the width is 125cm and the depth is 59cm.

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY TO ENGLAND, WALES, AND SCOTLAND (BELOW PERTH)

Shipping /delivery is equally as important to us as the item of furniture itself. It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries to Scotland as far north as Perth are guaranteed within 6 weeks of purchase. If delivery is required above Perth in Scotland please contact James on 07957 392 074 or

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
