Description

A 1970 Heuer Carrrera 7753 NS chronograph wristwatch. An extremely rare 'reverse panda' dial with a matte black finish to the main dial. The recessed subsidiary dials have a contrasting white finish. An outer minute/second track to the edge of the dial. The applied steel batons, which are doubled at 12 have a central lume strip to each. The dial is signed 'Carrera Heuer' to the upper section and 'T Swiss' to the lower section. The steel hands have a central lume strip to the tips and a black strip to the back end.

A thick stainless steel case with tapered lugs, with a deep champfer to the inside. A screw down case back, signed to the inner 'Heuer Leonidas SA Swiss'. The watch retains its original Heuer winding crown and pushers. Case reference 7753 NS.

This watch is powered by a manual wind, 17 jewel caliber 7753 Valjoux mechanism stamped 'Heuer Leonidas'.
