Frank Dean RBA 1865-1947.Painter ,born in Headingly,Leeds,Yorkshire,who studied at the Slade School of Art and in Paris.He travelled widely in North Africa,the Middle East and India and lived in various parts of England. He was a prolific exhibitor,showing at the Fine Art Society,RSA,ROI,Walker Art Gallery,Liverpool,NEAC and elsewhere. ‘Egypt’ signed watercolour,image size 36x54.5cms ,framed size 43x61.5 cms.Original simple wooden frame.A fine and vibrant example of this artists work.
