This is a fabulous, French mid 19th-century painted housekeeper''s cupboard of architectural form in a lovely yellow paint finish. This large painted solid oak cupboard features a shaped moulded cornice above three small panelled cupboard doors, enclosing adjustable shelves, with column style supports on either side. Above a lower part of this wonderful quality housekeeper''s cupboard has a pair of large cupboard panelled doors, enclosing adjustable shelves, with column style supports on either side. It is raised on a shaped moulded plinth. The interior is painted in a lovely chalky white colour and offers an assortment of adjustable shelves. The sides of the cupboard are panelled. This cupboard provides excellent storage. It is also a well-proportioned cupboard. This charming piece is in very good, clean, tidy condition throughout. A superb piece of French painted furniture that would look splendid in a large kitchen, pantry, or hallway. A very useful piece that provides a large amount of storage.
