The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a signed Longines calibre 13.34 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the articulated lugs and winding crown. The case is hallmarked for London (import mark) 1928, with a sponsor’s mark for Arthur Baume of Baume & Co. The case is in lovely condition.

The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is signed with the name of the original retailer, T S Cuthbert, Glasgow, listed as retailers and watchmakers / repairers. The dial has two faint hairlines at number 10 but not overly noticeable to the naked eye.
The watch has a vintage leather strap, and it all comes in a new presentation box.
