An antique 19th-century smokers' bow armchair. This chair features a curved, turned spindle back with elegantly shaped arms and a solid elm saddle seat. It is raised on turned legs, supported by double 'H' stretcher supports for added stability. A classic example of 19th-century craftsmanship, combining both style and functionality.

CONDITION REPORT:

The armchair is in good antique condition overall, with expected signs of age. There is surface wear in places, including age-related marks and scratches throughout. The arms, back, and seat show some fading due to age and use. Additionally, there are marks on the legs and stretcher supports, all of which are shown in the photographs. These imperfections contribute to the chair's antique character and charm.
