Antique Victorian Carved Oak Library Table by Heals

Description

An formidable 19th century oak library table by Heal & Son, with the inset top above an ornately carved frieze with two large drawers featuring original brass drop handles, all raised on thick barley twist legs united by a stretcher frame.

Stamped Heal & Son, London to the drawer (somewhat worn with only “Heal, London” properly legible but it is absolutely right).

Beautifully restored and in excellent condition, ready to place in the home. Structurally all solid with only some light surface wear and an ideal aged patina.
