A lovely antique tribal rug, woven by the Lors tribe circa 1920. The design features a single geometrical medallion on a rich red plain field surrounded by an ivory border. Fabulous secondary colours including golds and blues and some interesting design elements, including a couple of figures, make this a great example of tribal weaving

This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
