Art Deco 0.25 Carat Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring, Circa 1925

Description

An absolutely lovely vintage sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The natural and unheated sapphire in the centre displays a bright, denim blue. The stone is claw-set within a surround of ten very bright and well-matched eight-cut diamonds in a coronet setting, which leads to a triple split shank with a further diamond set in each shoulder.

Cut:? Cushion cut sapphire and eight-cut diamonds.

Colour:? The diamonds are G to H.

Clarity:? The diamonds are VS1 to SI1.

Carat:? The sapphire is approximately 0.25 carat, with approximately 0.17 carat of diamonds.

Circa:? 1925.

Size:? L (UK) or 5 1/2 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:? The head of the ring 9.5 x 9.5mm. Sits 5.9mm from the finger.

Weight:? 3.71 grams.

Metal:? 18k yellow gold. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
