The sapphire in the centre - certified as natural, unheated and originating from Montana, USA - has a strong purple hue which is interrupted by clear and distinct flashed of bright red. The sapphire is surrounded by 16 eight-cut diamonds in a silver coronet setting, which sits on a slender 18k yellow gold mount with ornate split shoulders.
Accompanied by a report from Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) stating the sapphire shows no indication of heating, and is American (Montana) in origin.
