Technical Description
A superb solid silver Victorian fish cutlery set dating to 1895.
The set comprises of twelve fish knives and forks and a pair of servers, all with mother of pearl handles. Each blade is engraved with aesthetic movement fan form panels and are hall marked for Birmingham 1895. The forks have the same pattern and handles. The original mahogany box, which opens at the front has a red silk and blue velvet interior amd the dedication ''Presented to R F Buck on the occation of his marraige as a mark of esteem by his fellow employees in the cutting rooms messers J Shannon & Sons Ltd, Walsall 1895''
A fantastic high-quality set in superb condition.

Excellent, all knivces and forks have tight handles with no damages, the box clean internally with only a few minor scxrtches externally. Overall in almosy unused condition.
