Large Victorian Burr Walnut & Inlaid Music Cabinet

Description

A magnificent antique Victorian burr walnut inlaid music cabinet dating from circa 1870. Featuring a wonderfully figured burr walnut top with inlay and a pierced brass gallery to the top. It has a single glazed door which locks and comes with a key, enclosing four shelves and two dividers at the bottom, the door is flanked either side with turned and carved columns and it stands on a shaped plinth base.

Burr Walnut veneers

Condition Report:

Good condition, solid and sturdy. Good patina. General wear and marks commensurate with age. A dent to lower right hand side and general marks to top.
